Our leisurewear fabrics are knitted on-site in our factory, in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. We hold stocks of our standard fabrics, in our standard shades but we can also dye fabric to your requirements. If you have any queries please contact us - either by phone or by e-mail.

| Initial Orders | For immediate despatch, phone and place your order. Our normal delivery is by carrier. If you do not have an account we require payment before delivery. |
| Opening an Account | Complete our Credit Application Form. We regret that it can take up to 3 weeks to establish a credit limit and all transactions up to that time have to be on a "Proforma" or "Cash with Order" basis. |
| Minimum Order | One roll from stock shades. One roll is approx 40-50 metres depending on fabric type. For less than a ful roll we make a £2 cutting charge per cut lentgh up to 3m. For over 3m add 25% surcharge. Matching ribbing (PC262) can be supplied by the metre. Collars and cuffs can be supplied in any quantity, as required. |
| Delivery Charge | Please contact us for our current delivery charges. We will send to most of mainland Britain on a 24 hour service. Heavyweight fleece 160m (+ rib) Pique 150m Single jersey 120m Please telephone for full details. A sample of the colour shade is required for a quotation. Any special requirements (eg fastness requirements) must be specified when requesting a quotation. |
| Fabric Dye | All standard
shades and special shades (where the dyeing requirements have not been
otherwise specified) are reactive dyed, fast at 40°C, and our
recommendation for washing is:- HLCC 6/40 wash separately, rate 4, as approved
BS1006-A03:1990. Line dry. Do not tumble dry. Any special requirements must be
specified when placing order. Buyers must satisfy themselves of the acceptability of the dye fastness for the garment requirements and their customers' requirements both before ordering and before proceeding with production. This is particularly important if the garments contain a mixture of white fabric and a dark fabric. |
