VAT Info

We charge VAT on adult garments and logos. VAT is zero rated for both the garments and logos on young children's garments. If you are ordering for children aged approx 9-16 please read our VAT guide.

Our terms and conditions

We will send an order confirmation/invoice to you through the post within a few days of receiving your order. After we have completed your new artwork we will send a copy to you for you to approve. Unless we cannot offer credit to you we require payment within 14 days of you receiving your garment order.

We encourage customers to see plain sample garments before ordering. This allows checking of style, colour, size and quality before ordering printed or embroidered garments.

Please contact us to arrange to see samples.

Samples must either be returned to us within 28 days in an "as new" condition or purchased.

Customers cannot return printed or embroidered garments to us for reasons such as not liking them, incorrect sizes ordered or the garments not being suitable for the purpose required. It is the customer's responsibility to check plain garments before ordering.
