Printing and Embroidery Prices & Discounts

All of our printing and embroidery options are listed below. You will need to add these prices to the price of the plain garment. If you want two logos on a garment just add the price of both of the logos to the price of the plain garment.

Our minimum order quantity is 12 garments for a design (except for initial orders of multicoloured screen printing where the minimum order quantity is 25).

VAT: Childrens sizes of garments are zero rated for VAT. This includes the printing and embroidery charge. VAT is charged at 17.5% on adults sized garments in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Important: if you are a primary school, secondary school, scout or cub group, brownie or guide group, or if you are buying for any other youth organisation please click here - you may be able to buy more garments at zero rate VAT.

Screen printing prices are based purely on the number of colours in the design, small designs are the same price as large designs. We can print in up to 4 colours. Our minimum order quantity for single colour flat printing is 12 garments. Our minimum order quantity for multicoloured printing (2-4 colours) is 25 garments for the first order, 12 garments for all subsequent orders with that design.

If you will be paying standard rate VAT on the garment (eg the garment is for an adult), you need to use the "Incl VAT" price for printing. If you are buying at zero rate VAT (eg children's garments) use the "excl VAT" prices.

The charges for embroidery are based on the required size of the motif and the number of colours in the design. We have three categories of size for charging purposes based on the size of square that the motif will fit into. The maximum number of colour threads that we can use in a design is 9. By far the majority of our designs fit into a 4 by 4 inch (10.1 cm) square and require between 1 and 3 colours of embroidery thread and are charged at the lowest price band. Our minimum order quantity for embroidery is 12 garments for a design.
